Let The Fun Begin!

Now that you've decided what you'd like to have handcrafted, it's time to figure out what you want on it. Again the possibilities are almost endless. If you would like me to come up with a subject or design for you, give me some information on what direction you'd like me to go and I'll send you a proof, for your approval, before the cutting begins. If there is a pattern or graphic you would like to have carved, painted, and/or tooled, email it to me. If I can do it, great. If I've got to modify it, I will. If I can't do it, (which doesn't happen often) I'll tell you. Keep in mind I cannot use any copyrighted or trademarked material without expressed, written consent from the owner of said trademark.

Think of the following as a finishing idea menu. Choose the coloring option that suits you, and how you want your project held together.  DO NOT feel limited to these...they're just ideas.  Basically, click the pic. It will indicate the type of coloring method used and/or lacing technique. I've used mainly western floral carvings for the coloring samples simply because they show a decent amount of tooling, and I think they're purdy.

Here's something to think about: the pattern(s) I send you and the finished product aren't quite the same...

You're going to have to trust that I can produce a great custom piece.  If you're not happy with what you get, you can send it back and we'll figure out what you need changed.  I hope to avoid all that with decent communication with you over the phone, or via email.

I do offer many different stamping designs as well.  While I mainly reserve stamping for border designs, basketweaving and some geometric patterns are popular for belts and some purses.  There are different sizes of some of the stamps available.  These are also not nearly all of the stamps available.  To give some indication of scale, the meander on the left of the sample is approximately 1/4" wide (this is a big pic).
